To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

Certain aspects of CoreLynxPro may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified and are non-refundable except as required by law or explicit policy terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring basis unless canceled prior to the renewal date. We reserve the right to modify pricing upon reasonable prior notice.

All software, code, UI design, documentation, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with CoreLynxPro remain the exclusive property of CoreLynxPro and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business operations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoreLynxPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
